Es un terreno de siete hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Se trata de un espacio emblem\u00e1tico de la ciudad que estaba con maleza, pastizales y t\u00e1rtagos que perjudicaban el bienestar del barrio. \u201cPrimero localizamos al grupo inversor, que no es de la ciudad, y encontramos a los responsables.
